Orders will be sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL.  A confirmation e-mail will be sent on dispatch giving tracking number so that your order can be tracked via the internet.

If you are in a hurry for an order we can offer express services at an additional charge; such as Saturday delivery or Next Day by 9am. Give us a call for further information.

If in the unlikely event a product is out of stock we will notify you by email. This will give you the option to place the item on backorder or cancel the order.
